Do you offer classes on week-ends?
No, unfortunately I offer classes only during the week. However, I do offer a few yoga sessions on the week-end - ex: Yoga at the Beach, Sunrise Yoga, etc. Check out my Facebook page to know when these occasional sessions are on.
How do I sign up for the classes?
The best for you it so sign up on the waiting list. I'll contact you to see which class we can offer to you. Some of the classes are already fully booked but we'll make sure to find you a spot in a timely manner.
I'd like more info on yoga. Which style do you teach?
Hatha is a foundation practice where you are taught the postures/ asanas and these postures are held for several breaths.
Vinyasa is a fluid practice where the class is sequenced with smooth transitions in between asanas. We link the breath to the movement.
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that helps you recover and relax, especially after a long day or an intensive workout. It helps to soothe the nervous system.
Yin yoga is a practice inwards where you sit in postures for longer. It works on fascia (inter-connective tissue) and helps you to stretch.
I am a beginner, can I join your classes?
Most classes are open to all levels. Just get in touch with me, and we'll see what will work best for you.
I've seen that you have a waiting list. What's that?
My class space is small and cosy so spots are very limited.
I've created an online waiting list so that you can register your interest, and as soon as we get you a spot, you get notified in real time. How cool is that :) !
