200mL - 1 glass of fresh coconut water
200-300g of watermelon flesh, cut into cubes (remove the seeds) - frozen for 3 hours or overnight
1/2 tablespoon of lime or lemon zest
A few leaves of fresh mint (for presentation)
Place all ingredients into your blender
Blend for less than 1 minute.
Pour into 1 or 2 glasses. Add 1-2 leaves of fresh mint for decoration. And it's ready!
