I am a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. I offer yoga group classes every week in in Ébène. Classes are kept small and cosy, so the spots are limited. I teach mainly Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin classes.

Private and corporate yoga sessions are also available. Yoga can help you to release unnecessary stress, increase your focus and improve your quality of life.

A practice where you are taught the postures 

(asanas) with focus on breath and  alignment so as to bring vitality to the body and mind.

VINYASA

 A fluid and dynamic 

practice where the class is sequenced with smooth transitions in between asanas. We link the breath to the movement

Tropical Leaves

YIN

A meditative practice inwards where you sit in postures for longer. It targets the fascia (inter-connective tissue) and helps you to stretch.

Ocean

RESTORATIVE

A gentle practice that helps with recovery and relax, especially after a long day or an intense workout. It helps to soothe the nervous system.

" I have been doing yoga with Anya for the past year. I was « hooked » from the first live session I attended in her studio, and wished to maintain the sessions during lockdown. 2-3 times per week, I joined the online yoga sessions and it was just what I needed. Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha brought along the golden hour of peace and mindfulness that I needed during these confined times. Anya has this soothing power and talent to awaken and heal your body through breathing and postures, while respecting your limits. The spiritual aspect of yoga is also present and is at the core of the practice.
