Ever tried making Guacamole? If you haven't, it's time to try this recipe and impress your guests next time you invite them over. Tasty and healthy, Guacamole has got everything to satisfy.
1 ripe avocado
1 small lemon or 1/2 big lemon
1 bun of coriander
salt and pepper
Thinly slice your onion.
Juice the lemon and let the onions soak in the lemon juice, some salt and pepper for 5-10 minutes.
In the meantime, chop up the tomatoes into small cubes and peel the avocado.
Start mashing the avocado and tomato with a fork very roughly, and mix with the onion and lemon juice.
Add some chopped coriander leaves and some chillies if you want it spicy. Mix well and season to taste. Voilà, It's all ready to be served with some toasted bread or some nachos :)
If your avocados are too ripe, don't throw them away, instead just make some tasty guacamole!
