Come and learn about the power of the breath.
- Prana means life-force energy.Â
- Yama means flow and expansion.
Pranayama is the practice of controlling and expanding the breath to bring about health benefits. Â Â Â Â There are so many breathing techniques, and they could be helping you in so many ways. We will learn and practice 2 to 3 very important techniques for a calmer mind and healthier body. Â Â Please join on an empty stomach to maximise the benefits of this session. The Workshop will be conducted online via Zoom.
