Pranayama is the practice of controlling and expanding the breath to bring about health benefits. There are so many breathing techniques, and they could be helping you in so many ways. We will learn and practice 2 to 3 very important techniques for a calmer mind and healthier body. Please join on an empty stomach to maximise the benefits of this session. The Workshop will be conducted online via Zoom.
