- Coffee Breathing - to wake up, prepare for exercise and naturally energise your body.
Breathing has been practised for thousands of years, but this modern approach demystifies the practises and focuses on latest science and real results. No experience is necessary, these practices are accessible to everyone. Yes everyone :) !
WHEN: The Workshop is conducted over 4 consecutive Saturdays starting on 11 July 2020.
WHERE: It is offered online via Zoom. You don't need any specific material. All you need is to set up a quiet corner with your phone or laptop, an internet connection and warm comfortable clothes. Spots are limited.
